Delete your OverGame account

This page explains how to delete your OverGame account and which data is removed. Developer: Andrea De Piccoli.

From the App (immediate)

1. Open OverGame and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Options
3. In the Account section tap Delete account and confirm

Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed, email dev.overgame@gmail.com with the subject "OverGame account deletion request", from the email address you registered with (or stating the Apple/Google address you used to sign in). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm once it's done.

Data that is deleted

• Sign-in account (email, Google/Apple link)
• Profile: name, photo, kit size, playing position and shirt number
• Team memberships, event responses and attendance
• Medical certificates and related documents
• Fines and payments in your name

Data that is kept

• Teams you own are transferred to another member; if there are no other members they are deleted along with all their data
• Team content you created for other members (events, fine types, fines and payments recorded for others) stays with the team and is attributed to its owner, without your name
• Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel Premium subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them from your account settings:

• iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
